At Ritz Trophies & Awards, you can shop with confidence. We want to provide you with a secure online experience. Any
information that you send us, including your credit card number, name and address, is protected by SSL encryption. This
encryption method protects the communications between our site and your web browser from interception and
eavesdropping; therefore, it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

The Jewelry Store website uses a site identification certificate. This allows your browser to confirm the Ritz Jewelry Store’s
identity before any transmission is sent.

If you are using a security-enabled browser (such as Microsoft Internet Explorer version 2.1 or greater, or Netscape
Navigator version 2.0 or greater), the information you send us regarding your purchase is encrypted. This scrambled
information makes it extremely difficult to read even if it is intercepted.  

While we strive to protect your information, Ritz Trophies & Awards cannot warrant the security of any information through
the transmission process and you do so at your own risk. However, there are a number of things that you can do to help

that you use Internet Explorer 5 or greater, or Netscape Navigator 6 for optimal viewing of your site. We also provide links
so that you can download these browsers before you continue shopping. Both browsers provide you with optional security
settings that you can set yourself. The most popular browsers offer you the ability to receive an alert or notification if any of
the following happen or are about to occur:

• changing between secure and insecure transmission modes
• receiving an invalid site identification for the site to which you are about to transmit
• sending a transmission over an "open" or unsecured connection

 Check your browsers settings to see which security features have been set.

 For Netscape 6 :

1. Select Tasks
2. Select Privacy and Security
3. Select Security Manager
4. In Security Manager select Applications
5. Make sure all 4 boxes are checked.

 For Internet Explorer 5:

1. Select Tools
2. Select Internet Options
3. In Internet Options select Advanced
4. Make sure all 13 boxes are checked for optimal security. (Some sites may require that you remove some
   of the checks in order to view them.)

 You can determine if security measures are in place by looking for the indicators on your browser.

• The URL identifying the page where you enter your credit card information will always begin with “https://”  as
  opposed to the normal “http://”.
• a security symbol to indicate operation in a mode that supports secure transmissions
• A "closed lock" icon is present in the bottom right-hand corner of your Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 browser screen
• An "open lock” icon appears in the lower right-hand corner of the Netscape Navigator   6 browser screen, but closes
  and turns read when the mouse is passed over it

With these measures in place you should feel comfortable shopping in our Jewelry Store at Ritz Trophies & Awards. By
encrypting confidential information, your transactions stay private and protected. While we are confident of these security
measures, we cannot guarantee the security of the information you send us. All orders that you place through out site are
done so at your own risk. Should you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of shopping on the site, notify
your credit card company in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
